I am a black guy, 15 years of age, and I have an engagement to attend tomorrow and I need a hair cut. My hair is somewhat nappy, but it can pass, but I still need it to look better. What can I do to make my hair look 100% better?

you can gel it - La Bella brand "Lots of Curls" styling gel (it's pink) is great to control frizz, but doesn't make everything look slicked over. It's only a couple bucks and you can find it at places like WalMart or WinCo, grocery stores with a hair products section.
I don't know how well it does with a black guy's hair, but my husband has some pretty nappy hair for being a white guy %26amp; it works great for him - gives it a nice controlled wavy look. :)
