How does Yahoo determine which answers will be deleted, and which ones won't?

Last night I was on here and I answered a question "what do you think of hispanic and black races mixing?" It was an innocent question, the asker didn't have any ulterior motives, he really wanted to know everyone's honest opinion. Well this user named Rainduster said "nothing against blacks, but the mixture is ugly. The children will have nappy hair and wide noses, I am latina with red hair and blue eyes and there is nothing wrong with that. my parents know how to pick each other because mixing in my family is forbidden. no one is going to use MY race to make theirs better..."

So I go to her Q and A page and I see that a lot of her responses to certain questions concerning races (mainly african american and hispanic) are mean and she even had a question referring to governor Arnold as "Arnold SchwarzaN-gger." So I posted a link to that and then I typed my response which said "judging innocent children according to looks is SHALLOW. ALL children are beautiful regardless (cont)

THAT'S kind of messed up. But the truth is, yahoo wont do anything about it. The best thing you can do is copy this question and paste it in a post on the violations appeals board in the Y!A forum. And to have an answer violated, you actually have to flag the answer itself, not just the person who wrote it. The problem is they NEVER answer the posts, the one "so called" yahoo answers staffer, "yahoo_answers_jane" or whatever her name is gives the same standard response to EVERY post. What happend to you sucks, and it's happened to me many times and I've even had an account suspended [probably working on another suspension] for fighting with the racists. There's a rumor going around that the people like this rainduster person is actually a yahoo answers staffer undercover, however silly that may sound. It makes sense, they NEVER get answers deleted. And THAT chick has like 14 negative ratings. All you can do is cover your rear and document the violation and post it to the appeals board so at least it's there. But don't expect any action. What's the use of a violation appeals board if no one can have a violation or suspesion appealed? It's crazy. My advice to you is to just ignore these ignorant people and move on babygirl. Life is short.

Peace

I would love to know. This girl asked "Why are there so many questions about black people??" and Yahoo removed it within a minute (seriously). Under her question hateful questions were being asked with the term "Black People" and nothing happened. Then this guy cloned one of the main racist (he asked questions like "Why are people racist?") and his account was removed in less than 2 minutes. It does not make any sense. The "crazy" people that post all of the hateful questions and answerers must have a dozen accounts. They probably report anything that they disagree on. I ignore them because they love the attention, and the YA policy is BS.

Thats not cool at ALL. I'm new to this site, and from what I see, I'm going to have to avoid the 'cultures and groups' section. Its kind of insane how they allow this stuff to run rampant. I looked at George A's link to that question, and the only two answers that remained were ignorant ones. How does that work?
