I have nappy, curly hair, and I hate doing it. I usually straighten it, but that is getting boring and it usually takes me more than a hour. My hair is like a reddish color with some natural blonde coming back in. Oh, and my hair is about shoulder length, maybe a inch or two longer. I want to do my hair for Christmas, but I want it but be cute and easy to do. I also do not want to do piggy tails [ I look crazy with them LOL]. What are some cute, yet easy to do hairstyles? well here's an idea. you could do a low ponytail, attach with fabric covered band, make a slight hole above the band, with one finger, and insert your ponytail there :)
or there's a lotsa braids you can do. normal, reverse, french, dutch, fishtail, try em. or do updos :)

scrunch with some gel when hair is still wet. it will define and control the curls. plus it only take like 5 minutes!

try a long bang to the side and a funky bun
1/ moisturize hair
2/ comb out from the root
3/ make a long bang on the right side of head
4/ put styling moose on the bang so it stays down
5/ make a high ponytail
6/ braid it
7/ twist around
8/ tie it with a hair band
9/ brush top of hair to keep hair from stickin up
10/ spray some hairspray
