ok so this girl hates me and my friend michelle.
shes mulatto ok.
and i just dyed my hair light brown.
she says to me "I SHOULD GO TO THE GHETTO AND GET MY HAIR DONE LIKE YOURS!"
and i fire back with "I WISH MY DADDY WAS BLACK SO MY HAIR CAN BE NAPPY LIKE YOURS!"

If you were joking and she entertains the same type of humor, then no. But, if you were defensive b/c maybe you don't like your hair color (I can relate if you don't), then maybe you should apologize.

Yes, that was rude. Why don't you just walk away or say 'Please stop. That hurts my feelings' or some other APPROPRIATE and REAL thing when this happens. Feeding her fire will make it worse. Think before you speak and don't go down to her level. Seriously, be real with what you feel when someone says something like that. You'll find that they will stop and your life will be much better.
